From 2022-2023, I had the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic mentor in Austin, Texas during the fall-spring months and then in Hinsdale, Massachusetts in the summer season. I was fortunate enough to work alongside five amazing Office Assistants, ranging from 15-27 years. Over the course of the eight weeks, I had the ability to transform a work environment that worked with IRS documents, international employee relations, parent-relations, campers, counselors, all while providing assistance to those who held a role as an advisory member.
